Dear River Helpers,

I know we have discussed this topic at board meetings, however, I think it's time we let all the helpers know that a flat bed truck would be a great asset to our organization. A flat bed truck would decrease the liability from using personal vehicles to transport rafts. A rack could be installed to haul garbage and rafts to and from the river. If every volunteer pulled together to contribute a little bit, we could get a flat bed truck by next summer. Because of the current economy, large vehicles are at a low and can be purchased right now for great deals. I know it's a lot to ask but please consider how much this would help the organization. I have attached an idea of a perfect flat bed for the organization. Thank you for your consideration,
